All prices are quoted per week. For longer than two
week rentals please contact us to discuss possible price negotiation.
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking with the balance
payable 60 days prior to your trip. Upon receiving your deposit we will
send confirmation.
We require that you vacate the villa by 10am. Those with late flights we
suggest booking an extra day for your comfort and convenience.
