Ffryes Villa was completed in 2007 and is situated within a small private development of three villas and four apartments.

The Villa is designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, creating an ambiguous edge between the inside and outside - so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back doors of the living areas and from the hall connecting the bedrooms with the pool deck can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine.

Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms and high speed internet connection is available.
